Summary: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. If the return is due to a GIYI error (defect or quality issue), return shipping is free. For a change of mind or an ordering mistake, the customer covers return shipping, and we'll provide a shipping quote for approval before the return is processed.
